Jim Pepple - President
Along with his wife Sandy, Jim is the owner and developer of Wyncote Golf Club and The Homes at Wyncote. As a lifetime resident of Chester County, Jim has seen the Oxford Area develop into the fine community it is today. He sees Wyncote Golf Club and its restaurants as a valuable addition to this growing community. Jim was also the the winner of the Paradigm Award in 1997. Sandra Pepple - CoOwner
Sandy is the co-owner of Wyncote Golf Club along with her husband Jim and, until recently, her roles included Director of Sales & Marketing and Event Coordinator, Sandy is a lifelong resident of Chester County and was very instrumental in the development of the new clubhouse at Wyncote from design and layout through the interior decorating.
Paula Rothera - Event Coordinator
Originally from Ridley Park, Paula has been a resident of Oxford for more than 25 years, graduating from Oxford High School and starting her career in the food and beverage industry. She has been on staff at Wyncote since 2006 as a server and bartender in The Ball and Thistle Pub as well as banquet server for special events. Paula was promoted to Events Coordinator at the beginning of 2013 where she currently coordinates all public, private and corporate banquets, receptions and events at Wyncote. Scott Hart - Executive Chef
Chef Scott is a native of Chicago, where he lived until attending culinary school in Phoenix, Arizona. After training in various upscale restaurants in Phoenix & Scottsdale, he moved east to advance his career & be closer to family. Chef Scott has worked as sous chef at Kennett Square Inn & Kennett Country Club, where in 1996 he rose to Executive Chef for the golf club for 5 years. Chef Scott previously worked as sous chef at Wyncote under then Chef Ray Maxwell before leaving for 2 years to work at another local eatery. Chef Scott has returned to Wyncote as Executive Chef & brings 18 years of hard working experience and dedication to the culinary arts. His training is French-American with Southwest influences, and Scott loves to use local, fresh produce & only the highest quality steaks and seafood. Mark McGreevy - Golf Course Superintendent
Mark began his career at Wyncote as a teenager. He has since gone on to graduate from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Turfgrass Science. After college, Mark worked at the exclusive Loch Lomond Golf Club, home of the Scottish Open.
