Jim Pepple - President

Along with his wife Sandy, Jim is the owner and developer of Wyncote Golf Club and The Homes at Wyncote. As a lifetime resident of Chester County, Jim has seen the Oxford Area develop into the fine community it is today. Sandra Pepple - Director of Sales & Marketing, Event Coordinator

In addition to her roles as Director of Sales & Marketing and Event Coordinator, Sandy is also the co-owner of Wyncote Golf Club along with her husband Jim. Sandy is a lifelong resident of Chester County and was very instrumental in the development of the new clubhouse at Wyncote from design and layout through the interior decorating. Michael Maitre - Director of Golf

A native of Chester County, Michael graduated from Oxford Area High School in 1997, and continued on to West Chester University, where in May of 2002 he graduated with degrees in both Business Management and Marketing. Ray Maxwell - Executive Chef

A native of Chester County, Ray graduated from Kennett High School and went on to receive his Culinary Arts Degree from the Restaurant School of Philadelphia. Throughout the past 12 years, Ray has worked at fine restaurants in the area, including The Chadds Ford Inn, Rolling Green Country Club and The Duling Kurtz House. Ray has owned and operated Maxwell Creeds Restaurant in Longwood and Maxwell's on Market in Wilmington, DE. As a three-time winner of the National Mushroom Cookoff, Ray's culinary expertise is French based with regional American, Asian and Mediterranean influences. Contact Ray at restaurant@wyncote.com.


Mark McGreevy - Golf Course Superintendent

Mark began his career at Wyncote as a teenager. He has since gone on to graduate from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Turfgrass Science. After college, Mark worked at the exclusive Loch Lomond Golf Club, home of the Scottish Open. More recently Mark was involved in a highly acclaimed Rees Jones remodel of Lakewood Country Club outside Washington DC. Send Mark an email at turf@wyncote.com.

Michael Schneider - Head Teaching Professional
Michael has been a member of the Wyncote family for many years.  After leaving to work at local private clubs over the past few years, he has returned with a larger knowledge base of the game to enhance the instruction programs at Wyncote.  Michael & his family live locally in Oxford.  He received his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Mansfield University.  His approach to the game is "keep it simple" with a focus on subtle changes & implementing a sound practice routine.  Michael has been actively coaching the Oxford High School golf team & enjoys working with new players & younger players in order to grow the game.  Contact Michael at
